Masquerade Harvest Evening in the Community Garden for Nature - Loving Makers

We gave local creative people a suggestion - make an upcycled mask - we'll provide the desserts and warm cider, and just like that we all created a magical evening of relaxation for family and friends. As we reveled in the beginning of fall color, we also celebrated the addition of new evergreens to the Fleur de Lune community garden to create additional interest throughout the coming winter.

This sense of community-based fun was the spirit of Thursday's masquerade harvest evening in the Fleur de Lune community garden. Our community is full of talented people who like to create and it was nice to celebrate in the cool fall air and embracing nature.

We thought we would share some of the mask creations, garden decor, and planter prizes as Halloween is just around the corner. Maybe even more makers out there in our community will get inspired!

THE MOON TOWNSHIP GARDEN CLUB LIKES TO MAKE THINGS, A lot of things

In the next coming weeks our makers will turn their attention to holiday crafting for the annual Holiday Greens & Gift Shoppe, December 5, 2026, at Robin Hill Center which will be full of holiday decor items, baked goods, and gifts such as bird seed wreaths. More will follow on social media. It is all a lot of fun, especially if you are a maker!

In Mid-November the MTGC 2nd Annual Tree Trimming in the Fleur de Lune garden will occur.

We are always looking for people who like to participate either in the Fleur de Lune Garden, our Greens Sale and/or any other fun aspects of the club. For more information contact joinus@moontownshipgarden.com.
